Unlike rail-mounted electric transfer carts, trackless electric transfer carts do not require tracks and can be used on flat roads.  They can move forward and backward. The trackless electric transfer cart is a rubber-wheeled electric transport trolley, mainly powered by batteries or lithium batteries, and equipped with maintenance-free batteries, reducing daily maintenance of the transfer cart. The trackless electric transsfer cart has no cables or fixed running tracks, allowing for free turning.  With a specially designed configuration, it has a small turning radius and can rotate, making the turning process particularly flexible.  It has fewer restrictions on the layout of the surrounding operating area and can adapt to uneven ground.

1. The drive system consists of two motors, each installed on one of the two driving wheels, with the other end supported by two universal wheels.

2. When turning, the turning is achieved by the differential speed of the two motors. Controlled by a wireless remote control, pressing the left turn button turns the trackless transfer cart to the left, and pressing the right turn button turns it to the right. The entire transfer cart has a continuous turning function and is easy to operate.

3. The motors installed on the driving wheels are equipped with a braking device, providing a power-off braking function and stable safety performance.

4. The power supply for the entire transfer cart is provided by batteries installed in the transfer cart to the DC motors. It features smooth starting, high starting torque, minimal impact on the gearbox, low voltage, and a long service life.

5. The ground requirements are cement or steel plate surfaces, as the wheels are made of rubber material.

6. The entire cart operates safely and flexibly, with no limitations on the operating distance, and is widely used in factory environments where tracks are not required.
