The KPD Rail Electric Transfer Cart is a high-performance material handling solution designed for industrial factories, production workshops, and assembly lines.
Powered by a low-voltage rail system, it ensures continuous power supply, smooth operation, and high safety, making it ideal for frequent, heavy-duty transport tasks inside plants.
This cart can handle a wide range of loads from 1 ton to over 300 tons, and is widely used for moving molds, machinery parts, steel structures, and raw materials between production areas.
2. Working Principle
The KPD series uses 36V or 48V low-voltage power supplied directly from the steel rails.
A step-down transformer converts standard AC 380V into safe low-voltage current, which is then transmitted to the cart wheels to drive the electric motor.
This system eliminates the need for batteries or cables, offering uninterrupted operation and low maintenance costs — ideal for long-term, repetitive transfers.
