Working Principle

The cable-powered rail cart operates via a cable reel (drum) power system:

  • The cart receives 380V AC power through an industrial-grade cable reel, which automatically winds or unwinds as the cart moves.

  • The supplied current drives the electric traction motor through the control cabinet, ensuring stable torque and smooth acceleration.

  • This design enables continuous operation without downtime, making it highly efficient for production lines that require frequent die handling.
