It is primarily utilized for the safe and efficient transfer of steel plates, steel strips, and steel coils between processing stages and storage areas.

——Ultra-High Load Capacity & Customized Structure: Designed to accommodate the characteristics of large-sized and heavy materials—such as steel strips and plates—this AGV boasts a load capacity ranging from 10 to 500 tons. Its chassis is constructed using premium-grade steel plates and a specialized structural frame. Furthermore, a dedicated load-bearing platform (such as a V-cradle, flatbed, or lifting mechanism) can be custom-engineered to match the specific dimensions of the steel products, thereby ensuring the secure transfer of heavy steel goods.

——Multi-Modal Precision Navigation:Integrating various high-precision guidance technologies, the system achieves positioning accuracy and path planning within a ±10mm tolerance—even amidst the complex environment of a steel mill—ensuring seamless and precise interfacing with production lines, machine tools, and hoisting equipment.
——Adaptability to Harsh Environments:Specifically engineered to withstand severe industrial conditions, including high temperatures, heavy dust, and strong electromagnetic interference.
